Mattamy Homes is the latest builder to expand in Nocatee, joining David Weekley Homes in Nocatee's Lakeside neighborhood.   David Weekley will celebrate a brand new neighbohood in St. Johns County later this year.

The buyer's market in 2015 will usher in a lot of new neighborhoods by high quality builders like David Weekley, especially in points south like Durbin, St. Johns and Nocatee.    Shearwater by David Weekley will be one of them. Shearwater will be located off of County Road 210 behind Timberland Creek Elementary School.
