Here's a community update on the new
Crosswater development at Pablo Bay. Homebuilders Mattamy and David Weekley will start building models and inventory beginning in July in a posh, San Pablo Road community, without the posh prices.
There will be a total of 288 homesites in Crosswater, with 50', 60' and 80' lots, to accommodate homes that range from 1,888 to 2,500 square feet.
Mattamy and
David Weekley Homes will begin pre-selling at the end of June. Crosswater at Pablo Bay will feature one and two story single family homes starting in the mid-$200's.
The community will full of amenities, including a swimming pool and cabana, playground recreational area, and Crosswater at Pablo Bay all just 4.5 miles from the beach!
