Cypress Trails homebuilder AV Homes has announced styles, sizes and some pricing for their homes planned for Cypress Trails in Nocatee. Cypress Trails is one of the long awaited new Nocatee developments due to come on line by the end of the year. 

AV Homes offerings will include six home designs ranging from 1,750 to 2,750 square feet Craftsman, French Country, Low Country, Tuscan, English Country and Neo-classical. Prices start in the low $200's, making these single family homes some of the most affordable in Nocatee. Lots will be available with both lake and nature preserves.

The list of Jacksonville new home builders is growing as AV Homes sets up to build in Nocatee’s Cypress Trails neighborhood. With a December opening planned, AV Homes moves into Nocatee Cypress Trails with six home designs, ranging from 1,750 to 2,720 square feet.
