Lennar -- Windward Ranch in St. Augustine.
Lennar will offer three product lines in Windward Ranch, in the low $200Ks, mid $200Ks and mid $300Ks. It's a guard gated community, and surprisingly, has no CDD fees.
Windward Ranch is located just off of I-95 on SR-16 in St. Johns County. Lennar can boast that much of what would be considered upgrades are already included in all
Lennar models. The "Everything’s Included®" features include, as standard, granite countertops, Frigidaire® kitchen appliances, 42 inch cabinets, paver driveways and walkways and whole lot more.
