Riverside Avondale Preservation recently announced the date for their 2020 Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held on Thursday, February 20 from 7-8:30pm at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd at 1100 Stockton Street. 

The annual meeting will include announcing the 2020 Preservation Award Winners, as well as a special presentation from Dr. Wayne Wood. He will be sharing the first lecture of an eight-part series entitled the Riverside Avondale Historic Institute; this presentation will be on "The History of Riverside".

It's almost time for another First Friday event brought to you by Riverside Avondale Preservation!

Join RAP on August 2nd from 5-7pm at Kanine Social for the monthly First Friday event. Attendees can enjoy complimentary bites provided by RAP, listen to music from Jessica Leigh Walton, and of course enjoy a brew from the taproom. 

Did you know that Kanine Social is Florida's only indoor/outdoor dog park and bar? It's a wonderful amenity to have in Riverside!

Whether you live, work, or play in the Riverside Avondale neighborhood, join Riverside Avondale Preservation at Open Road Bicycles of Avondale from 6 to 8 p.m. this Friday. 

Get to know more about Open Road Bicycles and spend some time with your neighbors! This casual community event is open to all, so bring your friends, neighbors, and co-workers. There will be adult beverages provided.

Riverside Avondale Preservation has announced the dates for the 2017 Spring Tour of Homes - April 29th and 30th.

This is a beloved annual event for the Jacksonville community, with an average of 3,000 visitors to the Riverside Avondale neighborhood over a two day period. 

The self-guided tour will run Saturday, April 29th, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, April 30th, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets for the tour are valid for both days of the event.

Riverside Avondale Preservation's 2017 Annual Meeting will take place on February 16th, at the Church of the Good Shepherd at 1100 Stockton Street.

Attendees will be able to learn about the past year for Riverside Avondale Preservation and the Riverside Arts Market, learn what's coming up, meet the new board members, and celebrate the award winners.
