Here’s some noteworthy new development happening just a block from the ocean in Jacksonville Beach. It’s called The Cottages at Jax Beach, and it’s a cozy little 6-home enclave just north of Atlantic Blvd, off at 9th Avenue North, between Third Street and the ocean. It’s kind of a rare thing, a departure from the older resales, and condominiums that proliferate the area.   

All of the six units in the Cottages at Jax Beach will have full or partial ocean views.
