Old San Jose Single Family Homes Plan
There are more choices for luxury living on the St.Johns at Old San Jose. Single family homes will be built on north side on the entrance road, with condos and townhomes currently selling on the south side of the site. The new single family home offerings will make Old San Jose the first fully diversified development on the river since the Epping Forest community was established. Waiting lists are starting to form, as the prospect of living on the St. Johns in a planned development has been the province of only an elite few up to this point. In particular, the waterfront sites with docks will be highly coveted property. The new site plans presents 26 single family home sites with five of those directly on the river, with the option of a boat dock/lift.
