Both residential and commercial real estate are heating up along the coast, outpacing other areas of the city. The
Orange Park-based builder
Richmond American will develop Ocean Terrace at 440 South Beach Parkway, near the northwest corner of JTB and South
Beach Parkway.
Ocean Terrace will consist of 59 homes starting in the $400's. These homes wil be ample in size, not so much cute cozy bungalows but fully formed family plans, between 2,250 - 3,100 square feet. It's just west of where the new Trader Joe’s will make its Northeast Florida debut.
Both
beach proximity and convenience to basic shopping and dining requirements will be a good draw, as more developments take advantage of the prime landscape that lies one mile or less from the ocean.
