The latest news here is that Twenty-Mile at Nocatee has started lot selection and buying activity for 2015 move-in dates. 
 

There are to be three distinct neighborhoods within Twenty-Mile at Nocatee: Twenty Mile Village, The Pointe and The Island. The prices are slated to begin in the high $200's to over $1M. The base will begin at Twenty-Mile Village, and they'll go up respectively from there.
