Lennar, AVHomes and Mattamy soon starting to release lots in Cypress Trails We're getting some
Nocatee news trickling in out about Cypress Trails, one of the new
Nocatee developments due to come on line by the end of the year. These are single-family homes by
Lennar, Mattamy and AV Homes, starting in the low $200s.
The builders are offering one and two story models ranging from 1,750 to 3,400 square feet. The newest
Nocatee offering models open in winter, with Mattamy already selling and AV Homes and Lennar building an interest list. More to come.
