At 2,400 square feet, there’s more than 1,000 square feet of covered porches, decks and a pool designed into the homes, even landscaping with indigenous plants and trees that require little to no maintenance. The Smart technology connects the home’s appliances and devices, and allows occupants to monitor energy use and control home systems such as security, interior climate, lighting and other electronics.
