The original plan for Aphora at Marina San Pablo involved 57-unit condominium project just west of the Intracoastal Waterway off of J.Turner Butler Blvd. According to a letter from developer Bove, plans are on the table for eleven upscale townhomes as well.  The coach-style homes will be 2,700 to 4,000 square feet, each with a two-car garage. Prices start at $750,000.

Developer Gale Bove cited the increased demand for townhomes in the Northeast Florida market as a driver for the additional units.

"The market demand for new luxury waterfront condos is strong," said Bove in his letter. But "homebuyers are reluctant to wait until construction is finished. This prompted us to change our emphasis to first deliver the townhomes to be spec built in phases."

Bove LLC and Remi Properties built the 5 Thousand Apartments at the St. Johns Town Center.
