Alan Aptheker

I'm a proud lifelong resident of Jacksonville. I grew up on the Southside, and I've watched our metro area expand to points North, from Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island, to the Southern-most tip of St. Johns County, Nocatee and World Golf Village. I'm a resident of Avondale with an affinity for historic homes and the character and charm of walkable, close-knit communities like Riverside, Avondale, Ortega and San Marco. But I'm also well aware of the explosive growth of the huge suburban planned developments to the South into St. Johns County. That's why I've maintained my Nocatee Certified Realtor® designation since the program began in 2015.
