This Old San Marco stunner was custom built just 5 short years ago.
One of Avondale’s most beloved styles of houses is the Bungalow because of it’s quaint charm and historic qualities. A Bungalow is typified by having 1-2 stories and a low pitched roof. Perfect for entertaining or relaxing, the front porches usually stretches the width of the house, and the entryway opens right into the living room. These types of houses are usually an open floorpan and feature built-ins for better usage of small space. We chose our top 5 Bungalows in Avondale and here’s what we found!

Three F(x) Ice Cream and Waffles - Made to Order Ice Cream
Actually there’s no fish in the fish. It’s called taiyaki, and it’s a stuffed waffle in the shape of a fish. Not only it is cute as a button, but it’s absolutely delicious. And that’s just one of the sweet treats on the menu at Three F(x) Ice Cream and Waffles on Baymeadows road near Southside Boulevard. Now that we’ve explained the mystery behind the “fish,” you’re asking, what’s with the funny name. The three “Fs” are for Fresh, Fruits and Fun. the “(x)” (remember Algebra?) is the unknown. You fill in the blank. You want a savory taiyaki for lunch? Not ready for dessert just yet? They actually stuff those fish-shaped delights with a beef frank and string cheese, or the breakfast option: ham egg and cheese.
